

TV4000 ASTM D2171 viscosity bath
The Tamson ASTM D2171 apparatus is an excellent solution to test the viscosity of bitumen by vacuum capillary viscometer. The TV4000 can be used together with the Tamson Vacuum System (TVS) and Tamson Vacuum Manifold (TVM) to do viscosity determinations at +60°C according to ASTM D2171, IP 222, EN/ISO 12596 and AASHTOT 202. The apparatus offers four positions for Cannon Manning Vacuum Viscometers (CMVV), Asphalt Institute Vacuum Viscometers (AIVV) and Modified Koppers Vacuum Viscometers (MKVV). The TV4000 is very robust and designed to operate maintenance free.
